Salary: NJC Grade D: £26,824 - £28,598 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.

Following promotion of our current Lead Administrator to Business Partner in the Harbour Schools Partnership, we are now seeking a Lead Administrator who can bring organisation, warmth and professionalism to the heart of our busy school office.

This is a key role supporting pupils, staff, families and visitors, and contributing to the smooth, effective running of the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Is confident using a range of IT and school systems (or keen to learn) Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and face-to-face Is enthusiastic about working in a school environment and supporting children’s learning
  • Can work with flexibility, positivity and calmness under pressure
  • Is able to use their own initiative while being a supportive member of a small, dedicated team
